Coordinators of regional partnership and Pharma Valley

The Pharma Valley Center is the core institution implemented by the Shizuoka Prefecture, centered in the eastern prefectural region, to promote the medical care and health industry and map out the accumulation of the Pharma Valley Project (project of state of the art health industry at the base of Mt. Fuji).The regional partnership coordinators, under the project directors, are divided into the drug discovery team, the nursing robotics and equipment teams to map out an “Intelligence Network” by: investigating university needs, the engineering of the regional industry, patents and intellectual property, the gathering of medical care site needs and inter-enterprise matching according to the development of coordinating research developments. The industrialization of research results according to industry-academic-government cooperation, coordination of acquisition and support of subsidizing related branches centered in the prefectural eastern region.
